Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RingReady service and website operated by Pantheon Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RingReady is an AI-powered phone answering service that answers inbound calls, captures lead information, schedules appointments, and routes urgent calls on behalf of your business. The service uses artificial intelligence and is not a human answering service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use RingReady.

3. Account & Setup

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, call handling preferences, and keeping your account details current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • RingReady is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
  • Fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. AI Limitations

RingReady uses AI to handle calls. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be imperfect. The service is not a substitute for licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You acknowledge that:

  • AI may misinterpret caller intent in rare cases
  • The service handles routine inquiries and is not designed for emergency dispatch
  • You remain responsible for following up on leads and appointments captured by the system

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RingReady for:

  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Harassing, abusive, or fraudulent communications
  • Misrepresenting the nature of the AI service to callers in violation of applicable law
  • Any purpose that violates Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy or other third-party provider terms

7. Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and service delivery. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. We will provide AI disclosure language as part of the call flow where required.

8. Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of your business information and customer data collected through the service.
  • Our Data: We retain ownership of aggregated, anonymized analytics and AI model improvements derived from service operation.
  • Upon termination, you may request export of your call logs and lead data within 30 days.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Twilio, cloud infrastructure), force majeure, or scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheon Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pantheon Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your phone number and call routing will be deactivated.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
